At the point of collection

The forms collect name, optional company name, preferred contact method, email and/or phone, town/ZIP, service requested and message. Required fields depend on the request. Privacy acknowledgement records the notice version; the separate unchecked contact-permission box records your choice, a server timestamp when permission is given and the text version. You can request email contact without phone permission by leaving phone blank and choosing email.

Collection purpose and recipients

The form sends the details to our Supabase backend for response and follow-up by authorized personnel. Submission time, identifier, type and notice version are recorded. Contact outcomes and notes may be added by staff. Infrastructure providers process necessary technical traffic and security logs. The company contact details shown on this site are public; customer request records are not public posts.

Other collection points

Email and telephone communications are processed by the relevant communications provider. Staff sign-in involves Supabase Auth, MFA and membership checks. Approved public photos/posts are entered by authorized editors. Payment information goes to Stripe when you use a payment link; the public inquiry form is not a payment collection point.

Choices and retention

Privacy acknowledgement is separate from contact permission, marketing permission and publication rights. No optional cookies are used. Explicitly deleted, unlinked inquiries and deleted website posts enter a 7-day recovery period before automatic permanent database deletion. Active, disregarded and held requests are not automatically deleted. Linked business records, images, backups and provider communications have separate retention; see the Privacy Policy for details and lawful exceptions. Unused prospect leads still in Needs review, with no saved review or follow-up and an unverified need, are permanently removed from the active database after one calendar month from creation by an hourly cleanup. Their initial prospect history and notes are removed too. Reviewed or worked leads, customer records and do-not-contact suppression records are retained under the relevant business rules. Minimal audit identifiers, import hashes/counts, provider backups and external communications have separate retention. Prospect expiration can be paused explicitly. Resuming uses the original creation date; an untouched lead already past its deadline may be removed by the next cleanup. An explicit bulk prospect deletion permanently removes the selected prospect details and lead history after confirmation, without a seven-day recovery window. Do-not-contact suppression and customer handoff records stay protected.

Customer, job and bookkeeping records

Authorized staff may verify and save customer/company details, service addresses, job notes and dates, and associated quotes, agreements, invoices and other documents. Bookkeeping records include vendor details, receipt attachments, expenses, payment references and manually entered mileage logs. We use these for service delivery, historical records, accounting and tax preparation, with role-based access. The app does not automatically track location or collect payment-card credentials in these records.

Document communications and image editing

Authorized editors may save document/email drafts and retain issued document versions, PDFs, recipient references and sending-status records for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Transactional email through Resend requires separate activation; when enabled, its provider processes the intended recipient, message and document attachment. Drafting is not sending. Image editing uses temporary in-memory previews and can create separately stored cropped or blurred copies. An edited copy does not erase its original; hiding or deleting a post does not promise deletion of its stored images, documents, email records or provider backups.
