Privacy Policy

Who we are and what this covers
Noah Cleaning, LLC, Bridgewater, NJ. Email info@noahcleaning.com; telephone 908-240-0353. This policy covers our public website, requests made through it and the private staff workspace. It explains the information handled by this website. Third-party services, including a payment provider’s own website, have their own notices.
Information you provide
When you request a quote, callback or information, we collect your name, optional company name, email and/or phone number, preferred contact method, town or ZIP code, requested service and message. We also record your request type and time, request identifier, acknowledgement of the current privacy-notice version, and your contact-consent choice, consent time when given and consent-text version. Staff may add contact outcomes and notes. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, tax identifiers, medical information or access codes in the public form.
Technical information and staff accounts
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the service. The website uses short-lived hashed identifiers and counters to limit abuse. Staff sign-in uses Supabase Auth and authenticator verification; account identifiers, membership roles, authentication events and content-change audit records support access control. Public visitors do not need a staff account.
How information is used
We use your information to respond to requests, discuss cleaning services and operate the business. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use this website for targeted advertising or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. A request and its privacy acknowledgement are not a marketing subscription. No analytics or advertising pixels are enabled.
Service providers and disclosures
Supabase provides database, authentication, file storage and backend processing. The selected website hosting provider delivers pages and may keep operational logs. Our email/telephone providers process communications when you choose those channels. Authorized personnel access records as needed for their roles. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to a lawful request, protect people or resolve a dispute, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. This website has no feature that sells personal data or shares it with advertising networks.
Payments through Stripe
Stripe is our selected payment provider. The quote/contact form is not a checkout and does not collect card or bank credentials. If we provide a Stripe payment link for a confirmed service, Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy notice. We may receive transaction references, payment status and billing/contact information needed for the transaction. Do not send full payment credentials to us by email or through this form. Website checkout is not enabled in this version.
Images and public posts
Published posts and approved images are public and may be copied by others. Unpublished drafts and image files not attached to public content are held in private storage for authorized content editors; previously issued links may remain usable until they expire. Editors may preview, crop and blur images before publication; temporary previews are held in memory and are not saved as an offline business database. Confirming an image prepares a private attachment; saving or publishing the content determines its use on the website. Cropping or blurring creates an edited copy and does not automatically erase the original upload. Images may remain in private storage after a post is hidden or deleted, including when shared with other content. Provider backups, previously issued links and downloaded copies have separate lifecycles. Blur is not secure redaction and does not establish copyright or publication permission. Editors must obtain the rights and consent needed to publish identifiable people, customer premises and testimonials. Contact info@noahcleaning.com to request review or removal; removal cannot recall copies already made by others.
Retention
Request and follow-up records remain stored while needed to handle the inquiry and related business needs. An unlinked inquiry explicitly moved to Trash can be restored for 7 days, then an hourly cleanup permanently removes its database record and contact history. Deleted website posts follow the same recovery period. Disregarding or holding an inquiry does not delete it. Inquiries linked to customers, jobs or tasks are protected from this cleanup; contract, accounting, dispute and legal obligations may require continued retention. Minimal audit entries keep identifiers, actions and dates without the deleted message or contact details. Uploaded images, provider security logs, backups and external communications have separate retention; this cleanup does not erase copies outside these records. Abuse-counter entries are removed after two days when new limits are processed. Contact us to request deletion; any retained information and the reason will be explained where required. Unused prospect leads still in Needs review, with no saved review or follow-up and an unverified need, are permanently removed from the active database after one calendar month from creation by an hourly cleanup. Their initial prospect history and notes are removed too. Reviewed or worked leads, customer records and do-not-contact suppression records are retained under the relevant business rules. Minimal audit identifiers, import hashes/counts, provider backups and external communications have separate retention. Prospect expiration can be paused explicitly. Resuming uses the original creation date; an untouched lead already past its deadline may be removed by the next cleanup. An explicit bulk prospect deletion permanently removes the selected prospect details and lead history after confirmation, without a seven-day recovery window. Do-not-contact suppression and customer handoff records stay protected.
Your choices and privacy requests
Contact info@noahcleaning.com with the subject “Privacy request” or call 908-240-0353 to ask whether we process your personal data, access it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion or obtain an available portable copy. Identify the request without sending sensitive identity documents. We may verify your identity and authority, and will explain any lawful retention exception. Where New Jersey privacy law applies, you may also opt out of sale, targeted advertising and covered profiling, use an authorized agent where allowed and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. We do not currently conduct those sale, advertising or profiling activities.
New Jersey and other applicable rights
The New Jersey Data Privacy Act, N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 et seq., effective January 15, 2025, applies to businesses meeting its legal thresholds and conditions. We do not claim that our size or practices automatically make every provision applicable. When it applies, we respond without undue delay within 45 days; a reasonably necessary extension of up to 45 additional days is explained within the first period. If we decline a request, we explain why and how to appeal. Email info@noahcleaning.com with “Privacy appeal.” Where the Act applies, appeal decisions are explained within 45 days, and an unsuccessful appeal includes a way to complain to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. Mandatory rights and other applicable protections remain available.
Security and processing locations
We use encrypted connections, access controls and multi-factor authentication for staff accounts to protect business information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is handled through service providers and may be processed outside your state or country. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Children and changes
Our cleaning services and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506, provides protections for covered children’s services. Changes to our practices will be reflected in this notice’s date and version.
Customer and business records
When a service relationship is established, authorized staff may maintain customer/company profiles, contact preferences, service and billing addresses, job notes, dates and crew assignments, quotes, service agreements, work orders, invoices and associated files. Business bookkeeping may include vendor details, scanned receipts, expenses, business-use allocations, payment amounts/methods/references and staff-entered vehicle mileage logs. These records support service delivery, customer history, accounting, tax preparation and resolution of concerns; they are restricted according to staff roles. Mileage entries are entered manually; the app does not automatically track your location. Do not put payment credentials, tax identifiers or access codes in general notes.
Contact permission
The optional contact checkbox permits call, text or email responses about this request. You may request an email response without providing a phone number or checking that box. Phone numbers require the checkbox before submission. This permission is not consent to unrelated marketing, automated marketing calls or robotexts. Tell us by email at info@noahcleaning.com or by telephone if you want to stop a contact method; we will record and honor your request. Staff must check the current permission before texting.
Cookies and necessary technologies
The public website sets no analytics, advertising or preference cookies and shows no cookie consent banner. Staff may opt into a necessary sign-in session cookie on a private device; it supports account access and security. Public files may be cached for faster delivery; browser caching is not a cookie or business-record storage. Any future marketing or analytics cookies must stay blocked until an appropriate consent mechanism and updated notices are in place.
Documents and document communications
Authorized staff may save editable document drafts, issue fixed versions of quotes, agreements and invoices, and store associated PDFs in private storage. Internal work instructions do not by themselves confirm a customer booking. Issued versions, related customer/job records and payment references may be retained for service delivery, accounting, disputes and other lawful business needs. Staff may also save email subject/message drafts and records of recipients, sending attempts, provider references and delivery status. An email draft is not a sent message, and provider acceptance is not proof that a message reached the recipient’s inbox. The app is prepared for transactional document email through Resend; sending requires separate activation. Where enabled, the email provider processes the intended recipient, message and attached document to transmit it. This does not authorize unrelated marketing. Request-specific contact choices and privacy rights remain available. Stored documents, email records, provider copies and backups are not covered by the seven-day inquiry/post cleanup.
