Website operator and scope

Noah Cleaning, LLC provides carpet cleaning, area rug care and floor care in Bridgewater and surrounding New Jersey communities, subject to availability and suitability. These terms address website use. Sending a request is not agreement to a cleaning contract, payment authorization or waiver of consumer rights. A separate approved quote and service agreement govern cleaning work.

Requests, quotes and bookings

Information on the website describes available types of work; it is not a binding price or promise of availability. A quote/callback request does not reserve a time or obligate either party to purchase or perform work. We confirm scope, suitability, price and scheduling separately. Tell us if submitted information changes. Do not request services for premises without authority to do so.

Appropriate use

Do not misuse forms, send spam, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with availability, attempt unauthorized access or probe private customer/staff records. Do not submit sensitive credentials or payment data through the contact form. Report suspected security problems privately using our contact details.

Staff workspace

Staff accounts are invitation-only and require authorized membership and multi-factor authentication. Keep credentials and authenticator recovery information private, use only your own approved account and report unauthorized use promptly. Access may be suspended or withdrawn when authorization ends or security requires it. A hidden link or possession of a workspace URL does not grant access.

Website content and images

Website text, branding and images are owned by us or used with permission, except where otherwise indicated. You may view and use them to learn about our services, but not republish them commercially without permission. Illustrative photographs are not representations of particular customers, staff, projects or verified results. A post or photograph is not a guarantee that the same outcome is achievable for every surface. Cropping or blurring an image does not create ownership or replace any required copyright, privacy or publication permission.

Your submissions

You are responsible for providing accurate information and having permission to share it. You allow us to process a request to respond and discuss services as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending a private inquiry does not grant permission for public use of your name, message or property photograph. Public publication requires a separate appropriate permission.

Payments and third-party links

A payment is due only according to the separately confirmed quote, invoice or agreement. Stripe payment pages and other external links may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not collect card credentials in the public request form. No recurring charge, cancellation fee or non-refundable deposit is created merely by these website terms.

Availability and limitations

We take reasonable care with website information, but errors, interruptions or outdated details may occur. Verify important service details with us. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by reliance on general website information or website interruption. This provision does not limit responsibility for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, obligations under an accepted service agreement, or any liability, duty or consumer remedy that law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes, governing law and questions

We may update website features and these terms with a revised date/version; changes do not retroactively change an accepted service agreement. New Jersey law applies to these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting mandatory protections available to you.
